Connect with others each month to share recipes and cooking tips. We will learn from each other! This month, our theme is GRILLED FOODS.
Grilling traditionally is be defined as cooking food over coals or a fire with a metal grate, usually outdoors. However, modern tools like electronic grills and grill-pans allow cooks to use this method indoors, year-round. Do you have any tips, tricks, or recipes that you would like to share? Or maybe you'd like to try grilling something new-to-you? Maybe you would just like to attend, meet other "foodies", and learn something new? All are welcome!
Using library resources is encouraged for this program! The following titles are available from the ACPL. Need more assistance? Your local librarian is happy to help.
