Have you ever wanted to be an inventor? Inventors think up and create new things that make our lives better in many ways. May is National Inventor's Month. This program is made to go home with you.
By registering for this take-home program, you are reserving one or more kits for pick up at the Pontiac Branch. Programs will be available beginning on the day listed and held for the week for pick up during regular hours. If you are unable to pick up your kits by the end of the week, please cancel your registration online or by calling an ACPL location.
Request multiple kits by using the "Add More People" option during registration. You will receive one kit for each person registered.
This kit contains all you need to make your own invention. With these supplies (and maybe some things you have around your house) you can create something amazing!

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
