Have you ever wanted to be an inventor? Inventors think up and create new things that make our lives better in many ways. May is National Inventor's Month. This program is made to go home with you.
This program is designed to go home with you. By registering for this take-home program, you are reserving one or more kits for pick up at the New Haven Branch. Programs will be available beginning on the day listed and held for the week for pick up during regular hours. If you are unable to pick up your kits by the end of the week, please cancel your registration online or by calling an ACPL location.
Request multiple kits by using the "Add More People" option during registration. You will receive one kit for each person registered.
This kit contains all you need to make your own invention. With these supplies (and maybe some things you have around your house) you can create something amazing!

The New Haven branch received a brand new building in 2004, relocating from its old location on the corner of Ann St. and Main St. The library is surrounded by houses and is within walking distance of four schools. The library houses many of the previous years of the New Haven High School yearbooks and many books and primary resources on New Haven history. Special collection: Board games
