To-Go Program: Teen De-Stress Kit

You deserve some time just to relax and de-stress! This kit contains a variety of items that will help you take care of yourself.

By registering for this take-home program, you are reserving one or more kits for pick up at the Main Library. Programs will be available beginning on the day listed and held for the week for pick up during regular hours. If you are unable to pick up your kits by the end of the week, please cancel your registration online or by calling an ACPL location. 

Request multiple kits by using the "Add More People" option during registration. You will receive one kit for each person registered.

Check in on your feelings and the ways that you de-stress and relax. Consider your own sources of strength and healthy habits. Color along and feel some of the tension melt away as you re-focus and re-center on what matters most to you. The act of raking even a small Zen garden can be incredibly relaxing, which helps with overall stress relief. A Zen garden is a visual reminder to stay calm and focused throughout the day, regardless of what stressors life may hand you.
