You deserve some time just to relax and de-stress! This kit contains a variety of items that will help you take care of yourself.
By registering for this take-home program, you are reserving one or more kits for pick up at the Hessen Cassel Branch. Programs will be available beginning on the day listed and held for the week for pick up during regular hours. If you are unable to pick up your kits by the end of the week, please cancel your registration online or by calling an ACPL location.
Request multiple kits by using the "Add More People" option during registration. You will receive one kit for each person registered.
Check in on your feelings and the ways that you de-stress and relax. Consider your own sources of strength and healthy habits. Color along and feel some of the tension melt away as you re-focus and re-center on what matters most to you. The act of raking even a small Zen garden can be incredibly relaxing, which helps with overall stress relief. A Zen garden is a visual reminder to stay calm and focused throughout the day, regardless of what stressors life may hand you.

Situated on the edge of a busy city neighborhood and within easy driving distance of farms and country-dwellers, Hessen Cassel Branch has been a lifeline for the community since its doors opened in 1972. The library serves as a meeting place for customers of all ages, and is heavily used after school. Hessen Cassel Branch intentionally supports the developmental needs of customers of all ages. From wooden blocks, puppets, and play clothes for children; to classes on art techniques, budgeting, and Allen County history; to an ever-changing collection of print, AV, and electronic materials; we serve a dynamic neighborhood that is rich in cultural and ethnic diversity.
