Join us for a free virtual program on October 27th at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
Genealogists know the Tennessee State Library & Archives for its rich collection of books, newspapers, county records, manuscripts, and other treasures. While the librarians and archivists there are slowly welcoming patrons back for in-person research, this session will feature the many resources you can access from home. Trent will show attendees what’s online and how to best navigate those records. We hope you’ll join us! Presented by: Trent Hanner
Trent Hanner is the supervisory reference librarian at the Tennessee State Library & Archives, where he has helped patrons research their ancestors since 2006. A Middle Tennessee native, Trent earned his Master’s degree in library science from the University of Tennessee. When he’s not assisting patrons in the Tennessee Room, you can find him enjoying a movie at Nashville’s Belcourt Theater or hiking on one of Nashville’s beautiful greenways.
