Budget Scrapbooking

Bring your scissors and have some fun scrap-booking at any level. Different layout page every month. Supplies provided.

Each month brings a new layout to follow or you can use the visuals provided and do what you want.  We try new techniques and tools and try to have a lot of fun with it.

This program is intended for all ages. Register for all programs online at, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling the branch. In an effort to be courteous to our presenters, audience members, and waitlisted registrants:

  • Register all attendees: children, adults, teens and caregivers.
  • Please arrive prior to the program’s start time.  Registering for a program will not hold your seat after the program’s designated start time.
  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration online or by calling the branch.

About the library

Monroeville is a recommended rest stop by Adventure Cycling. Each summer around 70 cross-country cyclists from many different countries visit Monroeville, with many visiting the library to use our WIFI. Customers from the surrounding area enjoy the branch’s Large Print collection, Scooby-Doo DVDs, and their Monroeville-focused genealogy collection.

Please note that the Monroeville Branch closes for one-hour dinner breaks every Monday & Wednesday evening from 5pm-6pm. The branch closes for one-hour lunch breaks every Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 12pm - 1pm.
