Children learn naturally when they read, sing, write, talk, and play! For children of various ages and their caregivers.

This interactive storytime combines books, songs, rhymes, and fun for all ages and stages. Designed for children of various ages and their caregivers. 

Space may be limited, so please register for all programs online, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling any library location. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to each event. Please call your local branch for group/guest registrations larger than five people.

About the library

The New Haven branch received a brand new building in 2004, relocating from its old location on the corner of Ann St. and Main St. The library is surrounded by houses and is within walking distance of four schools. The library houses many of the previous years of the New Haven High School yearbooks and many books and primary resources on New Haven history. Special collection: Board games
