A filmed concert from Jazz at Lincoln Center will be presented at each monthly class. Purdue Fort Wayne music educator, Dr. James Farrell Vernon will discuss each film prior to the viewing.
Join us for our second year of Jazz at Lincoln Center! At each monthly class, a filmed concert from Jazz at Lincoln Center will be presented. Purdue Fort Wayne Professor, Dr. James Farrell Vernon will present a short 15-minute discussion before each film. Classes take place on the first Tuesday of the month in October, November, December 2019 and February, March, April 2020. Each class starts promptly at 7:00 pm in Meeting Room B at the Main Library.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
