Nia movement classes combine dance technique with martial arts movements and mindfulness practices.
For adults. Learn more about this fun creative pathway to health and exercise that is adaptable to all ages and physical ability. Participants should plan to attend all classes in a series at each location.
Main Library sessions are on 3 consecutive Wednesday mornings: July 17, July 24 & July 31 from 10:15-11:15am.

Space is limited, so please register for all programs online, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling any library location. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to each event. Please call your local branch for group/guest registrations larger than five people.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
