Make your own slow-rising squishy!
Do you love squishies and stress balls? Make your own DIY squishy using memory foam and a special kind of fabric paint! You can create any shape of squishy you can imagine! How about a slice of watermelon squishy? Or a chocolate chip cookie squishy? An emoji squishy? Or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich squishy? What kind of squishy will you make?
One Saturday a month at Georgetown, we learn something new! Try a craft, technique, skill, or technology that may be new to you. This program is free and open to teens and adults. Please register in advance. Registration opens May 6.

The Georgetown branch is home to a full-service maker lab with a large collection of tools that customers can use to create things. The branch features a public fax machine, study rooms, a meeting room, and a popular collection of materials that includes video games.
