This is a three session workshop that will focus on gaining and improving knitting skills.
Each 1 hour session will feature instruction on a different aspect of a handmade headband. While the class is geared toward the beginner, those with more advanced skills can also benefit by the ability to customize the headband. You can learn basic knitting skills including casting on and off, garter and stockinette stitch, and basic cables. Materials will be provided or you can bring yours along. Ages: Teen - Adult Normal Register for all programs online at www.acpl.info/calendar, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling the 421-1320.
Linda and Katherine have been knitting for years and have become friends, partly because knitting, but also because of a mutual love of cooking and Indian food.
They both look forward to teaching this class and hope you love knitting as much as they do!
