Paint a mini 3D printed mastodon at the Studio!
Have you seen the painted mastodons around town? Ever wanted to paint your own? Now's your chance to do just that - in miniature form. Come join us at The Studio at Georgetown to learn a little about the Mastodons on Parade public art project and to have a chance to paint your own 3D printed mini mastodon. Limited to 15 participants.
This program was designed for 2nd grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult/guardian/caregiver is present to assist them throughout the program. Each child in sixth grade or younger attending the program must be directly supervised and assisted by a responsible caregiver while in the Studio. Most ACPL programs welcome guests, however the Studio programs can only accommodate registered patrons and their supervising caregivers.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

The Georgetown branch is home to a full-service Studio with a large collection of tools that customers can use to create things. The branch features a public fax machine, study rooms, a meeting room, and a popular collection of materials that includes video games.
