Grades 7-12: Have tons of scrap fabric or even sentimental clothes? Give those fabrics a new purpose by turning them into a beautiful wreath.
Do you have sentimental shirts, old quilt fabric, or something that has simply seen better days? This program will show you how to turn that into an lasting decoration while cutting down on your fabric stash and brightening your space with new art. Using color theory and quilting planning concepts, we'll show you how to make a masterpiece.
All supplies provided.
You're welcome to bring fabric from home to make your wreath. Please make sure the fabric is clean and dry.
This program is intended for 7th-12th Grade.

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
