Put a fresh twist on conventional recipes and use ingredients in unconventional ways!
What's Cooking programs allow individuals of all cooking experience levels to work side-by-side under the guidance of a librarian to prepare dishes that fit a monthly theme or skill-focus. Books of similar themes will be featured.
Featured recipes for this session may include some (but not all) of these or others. No recipe is guaranteed at any given location, but all will fit the theme of learning to rethink old recipes:
-Pan-Seared Zucchini
-Broccoli Caesar Salad
-Cottage Cheese Pancakes
-Fattet Hummus
So come gain hands-on experience with cooking techniques and new recipes while connecting with others in your community!
