Intended for pre-school-aged children and their grown-up, participants in this program will read Allie All Along by Sarah Lynne Reul, explore healthy ways to understand and express anger, and create masks that represent their "anger monsters." Together, they will practice strategies for calming their bodies and safely letting those big feelings go.
This program is being led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope.
