Young children will explore different ways of movement through creative dance exercises.
Your little dancer can explore a basic introduction to dance while enhancing motor skills and coordination through fun exercises in expression, creativity through movement, and stretching. This class will incorporate elements of dance and improvisation guided by the programmer. Participants will be dancing as a group as it encourages self-expression and creativity through movement. This program is intended for preschoolers. Please wear comfy clothes and tennis shoes to move in and bring a water bottle. Limited to 15 participants.
