Visit the Studio at Georgetown to learn about electric cutting and the Cricut Maker 3! Patrons will cut cardstock using the Cricut and assemble it to replicate planted succulents!
Come to the Studio at Georgetown to learn about what electric cutting is and how to use the Cricut Maker 3! Patrons will cut cardstock, which will then be decorated and assembled to replicate planted paper succulents. All supplies provided. Limited to 10 participants.
This program was designed for 2nd grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult/guardian/caregiver is present to assist them throughout the program. Each child in sixth grade or younger attending the program must be directly supervised and assisted by a responsible caregiver while in the Studio. Most ACPL programs welcome guests, however the Studio programs can only accommodate registered patrons and their supervising caregivers.
Space is limited: Register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

The Georgetown branch is home to a full-service maker lab with a large collection of tools that customers can use to create things. The branch features a public fax machine, study rooms, a meeting room, and a popular collection of materials that includes video games.
