Join us for a yoga workout, with learning and sharing of parenting experiences in a group setting! This program is designed for babies up to 24 months with their caregiver. Participants are welcome to bring a mat or towel for yoga, but it is not required.

Led by Stephanie Nix, a Labor & Delivery RN, certified yoga instructor with extra certifications in prenatal and postnatal fitness, and a Doula. Stephanie has a clear passion for motherhood and movement all tied into one.
