During this training, participants will:

• Reflect on what makes challenging conversations productive
• Practice perspective-seeking
• Identify strategies and tools that build bridges

This program is part of the One County, One Book community-wide reading initiative encouraging the community to read and engage with a single book! This year's One County, One Book selection is "Differ We Must: How Lincoln Succeeded in a Divided America" by journalist and NPR host Steve Inskeep. 

This initiative aims to unite people of all ages and backgrounds through programs, book clubs, and a community discussion with the author himself. Click Here to learn more.
