Come to the Studio at Shawnee to learn about the world of 3D printing! Learn about the process and materials involved in 3d printing, and then create your very own penny piggy bank! Learn how to modify 3d objects found on model repository websites such as Printables, and discover how to set up your project using PrusaSlicer, and print in versatile PLA material! All supplies provided. Limited to six 6 participants.
This program was designed for 2nd grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult is present to assist them. Children in sixth grade or younger must be directly supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver while in the Studio. Supervising adults do not need to register for the program.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.
