Meeting Room

Through scientific experiment, participants will learn all about the green power of plants.

Participants will observe extraction of chlorophyll from different kinds of leaves. They will learn how chlorophyll powers photosynthesis and why leaves change color in autumn.

About the library

The Woodburn branch is located across the street from a John Deere store, within easy walking distance of the Lutheran Elementary school and the park. The library’s unique hours are specialized to best serve the surrounding town and country-dwellers.
