Please join us for a concert of French music for Baroque string trio.
Join Baroque string trio Un tas de cordes for a concert of chamber music from the courts of Louis XIV and Louis XV, including sonatas by Jean-Féry Rebel and Georg Muffat, as well as a viola da gamba solos by the famed Marin Marais, and Antoine Forqueray, and a charming and regal chaconne by Marais’ student Jacques Morel.
Un tas de cordes is Samuel Breene (Baroque violin), Sarah Biber (viola da gamba) and Jeffrey Noonan (theorbo). The trio has performed this popular program for enthusiastic audiences in the Rockies, across the Midwest and on the East Coast.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
