Learn the basics of a 3D pen while re-creating in miniature a famous French architectural landmark!
You can use a 3D pen to draw just about anything you can imagine! This program introduces you to the world of 3D printing through 3D pen art objects. A 3D pen allows you to draw on a flat surface or in mid-air using plastic filament. These drawings create two-or-three-dimensional structures that then solidify and harden. Patrons will create their own three-dimensional Eiffel Tower using a 3D pen and learn the history of one of France's most notable architectural wonders. All supplies are provided. Limited to 8 participants.
This program was designed for 4th grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult is present to assist them. Children in sixth grade or younger must be directly supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver while in the Studio. Supervising adults do not need to register for the program.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.
