Come to the library and learn to make a Filipino parol, a Philippines tradition. Traditionally crafted out of bamboo, the star-shaped, ornamental parol is said to encourage hope and goodwill. Historically, Filipino parols were illuminated with candles, but these are going to be left hanging in a window and letting natural light shine though.
