Journey through time with the help of Virtual Reality and "meet" some lesser-known Black Artists and their works of art.
Come in and experience virtual reality at your local library using virtual reality headsets! In this guided program we will journey through time and "meet" some incredible African American artists. We will jive to tunes, ogle art and learn lots without ever leaving our seats. We will cover close to four decades worth of art in a fun and interactive way. Limited to 16 participants.
This program was designed for 4th grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult is present to assist them. Children in sixth grade or younger must be directly supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver while in the Studio. Supervising adults do not need to register for the program.
Space is limited: Register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.
