Paint colorful watercolor bookmarks with the aid of a Silhouette Cameo 4cutting machine!
Combine technology and art to create your very own watercolor bookmark! In this workshop, you will learn how to use the Studio at the Main Library's silhouette cameo 4 cutting machine to cut removable vinyl stencils in order to create your own unique bookmark.Learn all about Silhouette Studio and machine operation in the first half of this program, and in the second half, using basic watercolor techniques, create a colorful bookmark! All supplies provided. Limited to 6 participants.
This program was designed for 2nd grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult is present to assist them. Children in sixth grade or younger must be directly supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver while in the Studio. Supervisory adults do not need to register unless they plan to participate in the program.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
