Grades 7-12: Learn about the history of bottle trees in African American folklore and make a miniature bottle tree to keep.
From real-life gardens to the Tristan Strong books, bottle trees have long been a part of African American culture. We'll create miniatures using wire, tiny bottles, and other craft supplies.
