We'll consider how cultivating positive relationships can transform our workplaces and neighborhoods during this program about how to serve individuals from backgrounds different than yours.
Join us for an interactive program about how to serve individuals from backgrounds different than yours. This session will equip you with a fresh perspective about customer service, client care, and how to be a great neighbor. We'll consider how cultivating positive relationships can transform our workplaces and neighborhoods.
Our speaker, Cameron Shakelford, will be sharing about the principles and lessons that have helped him be effective as a community leader and connector. He serves as the Allen County Safe Place Coordinator for the YMCA's Youth Services Bureau, and is known as a mentor and friend to both at-risk kids and the adults who serve them.
This practical, interactive program is designed for anyone who wants to serve our community better, and will be especially helpful for people who interact with the public or offer social services.
