August 14: Q & A with local Attorneys and Small Claims Magistrate; This session will include some frequently asked questions and information on creating proper leases and what happens after an eviction filing. Open Q & A included.
September 11: The Fair Housing Act Part I- Disability; During this session, Metro will discuss reasonable accommodations, service animals, and emotional support animals.
October 9: The Fair Housing Act Part II- Discrimination; This session will review Fair Housing as it relates to discrimination and protected classes, including information on application screening and denials.
Nov 13: Q & A with Local Landlords, Housing Resources and Assistance Programs: Join this discussion with fellow landlords and hear about their experiences working with tenants and accepting vouchers and agency rental assistance. Housing resource agencies will also share information about their services.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
