The journey through grief is one of the hardest things we experience in life. Having a tool to help you deal
with the pain is what local author and expressive writing coach, Kathy Curtis, will be sharing during her
interactive presentation. She’ll recount how groping her way through the uncharted journey of grief with a
pen in hand led to what felt like a miraculous healing of her heart and spirit. Then she'll lead you through a
sample writing session so you can experience a bit of healing for yourself. Her book, Invisible Ink, tells
her story of loss through the letters that brought her such healing, and also offers guidance for writing
your own letters.
