Join us on June 20 and be a friend to refugees in our community. Catholic Charities and the ACPL will be hosting World Refugee Day to celebrate and honor the resiliency of refugees. During the event, a lunch will be provided as former refugees share their story. The event will move to the plaza where cultural activities, music, and dancing will take place. The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
