If you are in grades 4-6, this program is just for you! Make your own moving pictures by creating a simple zoetrope machine!
Learn about the origins of animation and make your own moving pictures without computers. This program will look at two different optical illusion methods as participants create their own zoetrope and thaumatrope machines. For grades 4-6.

The Little Turtle branch was named after Miami chief Little Turtle, who was born near Ft. Wayne. The Little Turtle branch is home to unique circulating collections, including puzzles and games, and the ACPL Seed Library.
