Breathing and moving instruction to strengthen core, improve posture, and release stress.  Techniques and tips incorporated to help with balance and overall wellbeing.  Program is for all levels.

There will be some fall prevention/balance work.

Yoga Instructor Mary Newell will lead this limited summer yoga series.
