Come to the Maker Lab at the Georgetown Library to learn about the world of 3D printing! Learn about the process and materials involved in 3d printing, and then customize your very own multi-purpose carabiner online in TinkerCAD, a free 3d modeling software. Participants will then learn how to set up their project and 3D print it on Georgetown's 3D Printer, and take their functional carabiner home or to adventures! All supplies provided. Familiarity with computers is highly recommended. Limited to 6 participants. This program is recommended for children, teens, and adults.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.
