Music on the Plaza is a summer series on Wednesdays from 11:30-1:30. As you eat from various food trucks, you can listen to music under a tent. Spend your lunch hour on the library plaza!
A taste of New Orleans in the Midwest! Farmland Jazz Band, heralding from Fort Wayne, Indiana, performs heart-thumping and toe-tapping selections of exciting, family-friendly music to audiences in the northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio, and southern Michigan areas. The band evokes images of New Orleans and 1920s improvisational jazz styles while choosing from a repertoire of well-known swing, popular, traditional, and original selections.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
